Richard Garraghty started his performing career on the hallowed cobbles of the world famous Covent Garden aged just 18. He has performed across the world including at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the National Theatre, at the Glastonbury Festival and many others.
He has appeared on television, radio and in major films as a puppeteer and actor in Doctor Who, Jurassic World, Star Wars and is soon to be seen in Tim Burton’s Dumbo, to be released in 2019.
He is a founder member of Slightly Fat Features, the comedy troupe, bringing variety back to the 21st century, touring world-wide with the smash-hit award-winning cabaret show.
Goronwy Thom started on stage aged 4 but then gave up serious theatre soon after and ran away to the circus school. He has done shows from Romania to Lebanon from Australia to Canada, but this is his first time playing in South Africa.
He has headlined on the most famous ocean liners across the globe – including on Queen Mary 2 – and was one of the final performers to play the famous QE2.
He created Slightly Fat Features, an award-winning comedy troupe who have appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe, on London’s West End at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal and at the famous Roundhouse in London.
